The Opportunity Training Center (OTC) supports young people with disabilities in Sierra Leone in gaining access to education and greater independence. The project includes the construction of the OTC Hostel – accessible student housing where young people with physical disabilities can live while pursuing their education.
The initiative focuses on Persons with Different Abilities (PDAs) and is based on the principle of self-help through inclusive design, accessibility, and strengthened life skills.
