Overnight train, 10 hours en route to Kyiv

A group of our volunteer engineers has been on the ground in Ukraine providing technical advice. The team was ready to assess damage to a destroyed apartment building and explore opportunities for Danish-supported reconstruction, at the request of the Embassy of Denmark in Ukraine.

In addition, our volunteers are supporting the Danish Red Cross in Ukraine with technical guidance on water-related issues. They are conducting preliminary surveys and advising on water wells, drinking water, and water quality—an essential effort to ensure access to clean water for residents in Mykolaiv, where the water supply has been destroyed.

We are very proud to contribute to these critical humanitarian efforts while focusing on what we do best—delivering technical solutions that make a real difference.

This work is made possible thanks to support from the Rambøll Foundation and EWB’s corporate partners.
