EWB-DK Partners with Wakeup Copenhagen and Wakeup Aarhus for Members

Engineers Without Borders Denmark (EWB-DK) has entered into a partnership with Wakeup Copenhagen and Wakeup Aarhus, offering all EWB-DK members the opportunity to stay at these hotels at a fixed, discounted corporate rate. As a member, you can book rooms at a fixed price, typically 20% below standard room rates, with the added flexibility of free cancellation until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.

This agreement with Wakeup Hotels facilitates better coordination of our activities across the country and helps reduce travel expenses for the EWB-DK Secretariat and its members. The offer is intended for activities in Aarhus and Copenhagen where EWB-DK reimburses overnight stays, unless a cheaper option is available.

As a member, you are also welcome to use the agreement for private stays, including group bookings (e.g., for family members). However, at least one guest per booking must be an EWB-DK member and be able to provide their membership number to the hotel.
