Yesterday, we held the General Assembly of Engineers Without Borders Denmark. With a strong turnout of engaged members, the board reviewed the year 2025 and shared perspectives on what 2026 is shaping up to look like.
One thing was clear: tremendous progress has taken place over the past few years, and we have grown – both in the number of activities, employees in the secretariat, partners, and not least in the number of volunteers who engage and contribute.
We are pleased to welcome two new board members, Ole Ekstrand and Frederik Lüchow Pedersen, while our treasurer, Vibeke Ackermann, was re-elected.
At the same time, we said goodbye to Rasmus S. Visby and Christina Berg Olesen, who did not seek re-election to the board. Thank you both so much for your great commitment and efforts.
The Board of Engineers Without Borders Denmark now consists of:
Erland Stubkjaer Christensen, Brian Klindrup, Vibeke Ackermann, Claus Jakobsen, Jesper Betzer, Helga Hubeck-Graudal, Ole Ekstrand, and Frederik Lüchow Pedersen.
Thank you to everyone who participated, and to all of you who contribute to Engineers Without Borders Denmark every single day. We look forward to another year together with you! 💚
