It’s all about water!

At yesterday’s members’ meeting in Copenhagen, water was the topic from every angle, and experiences were shared across projects. It is always a pleasure to see how learning, dialogue and professional perspectives can benefit concrete projects.

Lena Ali spoke about the use of SCALGO modelling for flood risk analysis in connection with our project to build housing for students with disabilities in Sierra Leone.

Ole Ekstrand shared experiences and challenges related to wastewater management in the same project.

Francesca Ravaioli from 100% for Børnene presented the WASH Maintenance Toolkit for Sustainable Systems, which can be found here.

Claus Jørgensen spoke about WHO’s recommended approach to Sanitation Safety Planning.

Many thanks to all speakers and participants for an inspiring evening of strong knowledge-sharing across projects.
