EWB-DK has worked for establishing access to clean drinking water after the severe flood and mudslide in Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone in august 2017
EWB-DK gives a series of courses over the course of the year. The courses are for members who are interested in learning more about areas related to the work of EWB-DK. Some courses are open for all members, while others require a volunteer effort in, e.g., the task groups, chapters and projects of EWB-DK. However, this will be evident in the catalogue.
The courses are designed to comprise a part of the preconditions that EWB-DK require prior to stationing of its project and response people. But the courses also provide more general competences in, e.g., project management.
